I stayed here for 7 nights and severely regret it. The reception is rude, you have to constantly ask housekeeping to clean your room or they will just skip it altogether and they accuse you of having the “do not disturb” sign on the door when that is not the case. If you complain they don’t apologise at all and become combative, it’s very annoying coming back from a full day out to a dirty room as I wa sout by 9am every morning and back in the evening by 10pm awake. The pictures are also very misleading, walls are chipped and rooms are tiny especially for a “suite” it’s not what it seems at all. The bathroom is freezing and has no heating but at least in the junior suite it is large-ish, but the shower pressure is awful. Staff is mostly quite unfriendly and dismissive and there is lack of communication as you just constantly have to beg for basic hotel services like water, towels and cleaning services. I would highly NOT recommend it.

The hotel is amazing, and the staff make you feel really welcome. They are knowledgeable, and offer good suggestions on things to do. Absolutely enchanted with the location! Rooms are beautiful, and thoughtfully prepared for your arrival. I would highly recommend!

I just stayed for one night but everyone I met at the hotel was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had some nice little thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Breakfast was really fresh and a great selection.

This hotel did not appear as we thought it would be based on the reviews. I gave it an "average" score because the location was very good, the breakfast decent, and the staff were pleasant. Sadly, that did not outweigh the condition of the hotel or the room itself. Upon entry the property, a large dead Christmas tree was right in the center. Next to it was an empty hot chocolate machine that swirled around. During our stay, it was never refilled. The room was dismal and the beds very basic. Without enough coverage in the shower area, half of our bathroom floor was cold and wet. The worst part was the noise at night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear each person come in and out of there room at all hours of the night, as well as, housekeeping staff. Sorry, Hotel Beauchamps- it just felt cheap.

Excellent 2 night stay, we received an upgrade for the room on arrival. Room on top floor, spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Staff very nice. Breakfast was excellent, very large choice, from hot plate, continental and sweet choices.
